Instructions For Submitting An Event To Be Posted On The Usav Junior Tournament Schedule:

1. The event must be a multiple day competition for each division(s) being offered (not one age division on Saturday and a different division on Sunday, which is NOT considered a multiple day event).
2. Proof of regional sanction. (Sanction # or email from region office)
3. Complete results posted in an excel document e-mailed to the Events Department or preferably a direct URL to your web site hosts the results (in lieu of the excel document).
4. Tournament information listed in the following sequence:
   1. Name of Event
   2. Dates
   3. Gender
   4. Division(s) offered
   5. Location - City, State and Region
   6. Contact Person or program
   7. Phone/Fax (both if being used)
   8. E-mail address
   9. Website link
