Life rolls along here in Istanbul.  It has been really hard to get over my jet lag coming back from Utah.  I am usually really good about jet lag, but this trip did a number on me.  I am sleeping the entire night, but I wake up really tired.  The nights sleep feels almost like a restless sleep.  Then in between practices if I take a nap, it is almost impossible to wake up fresh.
