A week full of weights and practice. The team is looking really good. We are practicing at a high level, and it is really showing on the court. It is always so much easier to play well in matches after training at this type of level during the week. Our second coach is doing a nice job of running practice and keeping things fresh. Today ended up being tougher than we originally planned.

Ryan Millar is a middle blocker for the U.S. Men's National Team and has competed in the last three Olympic Games, including winning a gold medal at the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing. He is currently competing for Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediye in the Turkish men's volleyball league.
