Back to regular practice at full strength this week.  We had a couple guys come back late, because of some responsibilities with the National Team and so forth.  Also the league All-Star game was played on the day I arrived, so I had to skip that bad boy.  Practices have been plenty since we got back.  Two times yesterday, one this morning, now I am getting ready to go to weights.  The good part is that the practices have been tough, but not too long so my body continues to feel great.
