On-Line Roster Adjustments without penalty	Friday, February 12, 2010
Results Reporting - All Divisions	Teams are responsible for submitting their correct 11-digit team code to any event they attend. Results will be obtained from the tournaments rather than each individual team.
Roster Verification - All Divisions	Be sure your roster is fully verified by team check-in, Friday, February 19, 2010. Contact USAV before this time if you are unsure your roster is verified.
Hotel Form	Please either submit with entry form or turn in at team check-in February 19 at the Expo Center.

You may request late application for entry. A team must contact the Events Department to apply for consideration after the February 5 deadline:

Applications WILL NOT be accepted if court space and field sizes are filled. There are NO GUARANTEES that a team entry will be accepted after the February 5 deadline. Therefore, enter early!
