TOURNAMENT ENTRY STATUS

We are currently processing all tournament entries and will begin to notify teams of their entry status on Monday, March 7. 

Please do not call inquiring about tournament entry status.  The tournament is full and entries will be based on the entry completion date of all requirements listed below for teams with the earliest completion date receiving preference.  The final notifications will be sent out following the March 11 forms deadline.

AS A REMINDER: Your entry is not considered complete, and will not be processed until the following is met:

  1. • Proper Entry Fee must accompany entry form.
  2. • Housing reservations completed through THS
  3. • All required forms listed below must be received by USA Volleyball by their established   deadline.
  • USA Volleyball Limited Membership Form - completed and signed by each individual team member.
  • USA Volleyball Code of Conduct Form - completed and signed by each individual team member.
  • NCVF Code of Conduct form completed for each team with all players signing the form
  • NCVF Medical Waiver & Release of Liability form - completed and signed by each individual team member.

Request your checks now from your university as processing usually takes several weeks.

Teams should follow these steps to register:

1.  Complete the online registration by clicking on the Register Team button

2.  Login with existing account or create new user account

3.  Ensure all information is accurate under the School Information, Team Information, Representative Information and Team Roster links.

4.  Select 2011 Nationals link. Select the team and complete the required information and Submit.

5.  Select the Roster & Forms link to complete the Tournament Roster by selecting players from the NCVF season roster.

6.  Select the create invoice button and print out the Entry Invoice

7.  Ship the Entry Invoice via UPS/Fedex along with a check to the USA Volleyball address listed on the invoice.

8.  All required forms will then be prepopulated and available to be printed out, completed, and shipped to USA Volleyball.

9.  Complete room reservations through THS with the team name and division located on the entry invoice.
