STEP 1: Be sure to read the descriptions of the course offerings in Tampa below and identify which AVCA Convention option and which CAP Course Level you will register for. Remember that CAP Level I is open to ANY coach; CAP II is only open to currently certified Level I coaches. IMPACT and VCAP Conditioning Clinics are open to any coach. IMPACT Instructors and VCAP Instructor Trainings are open to pre-approved candidates only.

STEP TWO: Click on the AVCA Registration Form  link on this page. Register for one of the AVCA Convention options (either the Weekend Convention OR the FULL Convention) by filling in the information on that form… you can also add extras like Match Tickets, Pre-Convention Seminar, Golf Tournament, etc. on this form.  ALL CAP students will need to stay through Sunday at 5 pm to complete their certification by attending the CAP-Only sessions that day.

STEP THREE: Print a copy of the completed AVCA Registration Form for your records by clicking the PRINT THIS FORM button, then click the EMAIL THIS FORM button at the top of the first page to submit your registration to the AVCA (USAV-CAP will be copied).

STEP FOUR: Next, on this web page, choose your CAP Registration Membership Category (see below) and click to complete the registration for your CAP Course Level, IMPACT and VCAP Clinics. Remember that CAP Students must attend the CAP-Only sessions on Sunday December 20th (ending at 5 pm) to complete their certification.
