The event must be a multiple day competition for each division(s) being offered (not one age division on Saturday and a different division on Sunday). |

The event begins no earlier than Martin Luther King Day weekend (January 14-16, 2012). |

The event concludes no later than June 30th, 2012. Events concluding later than June 10 may not be included when seeding the GJNC. |

The available age groups may be 12s through 18s. An event may offer one or all of these age groups, but only single age groups will be allowed. Divisions in involve multiple age groups (example: 18s/17s division) will not be accepted. Results for teams playing in a tournament that is different from their specified age group ("playing up") will not be included in that team's ranking. |

At least 8 Teams are needed for a division (Club or Open). |

The field includes teams from at least 3 different USAV Regions participating in a particular event the previous year. A first-year event could be included if they can prove that they have the minimum required 3 Regions represented by at least 1 month prior to the posted start date of the tournament. |

Proof of regional sanction. (Sanction # or email from region office) |

Results must be electronically reported to USAV no later than 2 days in a specified format (to be communicated). |
