ANAHEIM, Calif. (Aug. 24, 2009) – The U.S. Men’s National Volleyball Team will celebrate the one-year anniversary of its Olympic gold medal victory in Beijing with a party hosted by 2008 Olympian Reid Priddy and 2000-04 Olympian Kevin Barnett.
Members of the 2008 U.S. Men’s Olympic Team will be featured along with former U.S. Men’s Head Coach Hugh McCutcheon (now the coach of the U.S. Women’s Team) and present U.S. Men’s Head Coach Alan Knipe.
The celebration will open with The NET LIVE, the online talk show hosted by Barnett and Priddy, beginning at 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Then, at 6 p.m. PT, the party will be streamed live on The Volleyball Network web site.
There is also a Q&A with Priddy posted to the ESPN’s high school sports web site.
