COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (May 4, 2010) – USA Volleyball has opened a contest for the public to help design its logo for its 2010 USA Volleyball High Performance Championships to be held July 25-30 in Wisconsin Dells, Wis.

The winning logo will be used on brochures, signage and website displays publicizing the event. The contest is open to anyone interested in submitting a design or multiple entries. All artwork submitted must be original artwork and becomes exclusive property of USA Volleyball. The deadline for submission is May 26.

“In wrestling within the HP Department on the design of this year’s logo, it was decided to put it to a contest in hopes of some fresh ideas,” USA Volleyball Managing Director of Indoor High Performance Tom Pingel said. “Involving those that have and/or possibly will participate simply adds to the fun.”

Design submissions need to be forwarded to indoorhp@usav.org in either an EPS (.eps) or Illustrator (.ai) format.

The USA Volleyball High Performance Department will choose the final design and contact the winner by June 30. The winner will receive five T-shirts featuring the winning design.
