Countries Come Together at USAV HP Championships

WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (July 28, 2010) – The 2010 USA Volleyball High Performance Championships is hosting the international countries of Peru, Chile and Puerto Rico in the July 26-30 event located in Wisconsin Dells, Wis.

All of the international teams participating in the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships find the event to be a great opportunity for their teams.

Peru Girls’ Youth Team captain Ginna Lopez and Dyana Del Castillo are both in America for their first time by participating in the USAV HP Championships. The Peruvian girls feel that by coming to play against the teams in America, they will perform better when they return to Peru.

Question of the Day at USAV HP Championships

WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (July 28, 2010) – - USA Volleyball posed the question of day – “What is the best aspect of the 2010 USA Volleyball High Performance Championships?" – to nine participants and a parent of the event taking place July 26-30 at Wisconsin Dells, Wis. 

The consensus from the correspondents was that the athletes enjoy playing at such a high level at this event and interacting with international teams. The USAV High Performance Championships has provided an opportunity for them to improve and learn while competing at an elite level.

Day Three Results at USAV HP Championships

WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (July 28, 2010) – The USA Volleyball High Performance Championships (HPC) has past the midway point of the five-day event on Wednesday evening at Wisconsin Dells, Wis. In some cases for the six-division international tournament comprising of 87 squads, teams have already earned spots into the gold-medal matches or the semifinals to be played on Thursday and Friday.
