Hello IMPACT Webinar Coaches!

ALL PROCEDURES, LOGIN, PHONE CALL, PASSWORD INFORMATION FOR BOTH PART 1 AND PART 2 FOR YOUR SPECIFIC WEBINAR ARE FOUND BELOW.

You will NEED to stay connected by Internet and phone to the end of each part of the Webinar and take the survey that will pop up when the Webinar is ended each night.

You should be able to connect and hear through your computer speakers, but if you can't:

Skype is easy to use and it is FREE (and doesn't cost you cell phone minutes!).  Those wanting to use SKYPE have to go to their website (www.skype.com).  Then download Skype (free to download) and set up a free account.  Once you have Skype, log in, click on the "Call Phones" tab, and enter in the phone number (800 numbers are free for Skype users and have to be entered as +1800.....).  When the time comes for you to enter the Webinar phone access code, you must punch those numbers on your KEYBOARD followed by a # sign.  You won't need any head set since there is no voice interaction and you can have head phones or just let it play out loud over your computer speakers.  If more than one person is listening in at the same location (but on their OWN computer/internet connection), only one phone/audio connection will be necessary, provided it is a speakerphone capable connection.

PRINT out your copy of the IMPACT Manual for reference during the presentation and for taking the test later.  You are granted permission to print ONE personal copy of this copyrighted IMPACT Manual for your use in this Webinar.  You may NOT duplicate or distribute the Manual beyond this personal copy.  If you ordered a hard copy of the 2010/2011 IMPACT Manual, it was/will be sent via ground shipping & should arrive approximately 6-7 days after your order was processed.  You WILL need a copy of the Manual to take the on-line test with, and it is suggested you have it printed out to get the most out of the Webinar presentation.  Do NOT try to print the documents DURING the presentation - print them beforehand.
