Specific Webinar Date Links, Usernames, and Info

Webinar #1-Pt 1 begins at 6 pm (MOUNTAIN Time) on Wed. January 14th and lasts for 2.5 hours. Part 2 begins on January 15th at 6 pm, also lasting 2.5 hours. Registration & attendance at BOTH Part 1 and Part 2 is required for certification, as is passing the follow-up on-line test (90% or better).

Follow these Step by Step Instructions:

1) Copy the URL address for Part 1 below and PASTE into your internet browser.

2) In the window that pops up, REGISTER yourself onto the Webinar roster by filling out & submitting the online form.

3) After submitting the registration form, look for an EMAIL from GoToWebinar with the clickable link to the Webinar & access codes for that night.

4) 15 minutes prior to start time, Click the Webinar Link (in the email from gotomeeting/citrix) or copy & paste the URL into your Browser to access the Webinar.

5) When it asks for the Webinar Password, type in the Password for PART 1 that is listed at the end of this email below (the "Webinar ID" is NOT the password).

6) 10 MINUTES BEFORE START TIME - Dial in to the Phone portion of the presentation using the 800 access number and the access code (followed by the # sign) to hear the audio. (YES - you need BOTH the audio and visual connections to participate in the class!). If you hear "Waiting for the organizer", hang up & call in again a couple minutes later - Organizer has to initiate the audio call for you to connect!

7) You will be able to hear the instructors, but not speak to them; look for a Question & Answer tool on your Webinar dashboard & use that to communicate with the Organizer/Instructors.

8) If you have problems connecting either by phone/audio or for the internet presentation, call Andy at 719-660-9887 and he will help troubleshoot. Please be patient if you do not get through as he will call you back when finished with prior caller.

9) Repeat these instructions to register for Part 2 on Thursday night (#1-#3 above) & attend Part 2; you will need the link, the phone access code and the Password for Part 2.
