National Officials Commision Dues Form - Word Document or PDF

All National Referees, National Scorekeepers and Junior National Referees must submit the annual Officials' Commission dues by November 1 of each year for the next season. Dues postmarked after November 15 are subject to a 100% late fee.  If dues are not postmarked by December 31, the National level certification(s) may be revoked.

 1. Individuals holding a single indoor rating of National Referee, National Scorekeeper or Junior National Referee from the USA Volleyball Officials' Commission will pay $40. The definition of a single rating is based on the ratings that you have attained by October 1.

 2. Individuals who hold multiple ratings (indoor or outdoor) will pay $40 for the National Officials' Commission dues.

 3. National Junior Scorekeeper is NOT considered a rating for fee calculation purposes. Any National Junior Scorekeeper who holds no other rating pays no National Official's Commission dues. An individual who holds a National Junior Scorekeeper rating and one (or more) additional National rating pays $40.

 4. An individual who holds only a National beach rating pays no fees to the Officials Commission. An individual who holds a National beach rating along with an indoor rating pays $40.

 5. National Referees and Junior National Referees may also pre-pay to attend a National Referee Clinic. The pre-payment fee is $15.
