The region’s mission is to promote a wholesome environment so that players, coaches, officials, parents, chaperones, club directors and board members can develop skills, teamwork, positive attitude, competitive spirit, responsibility and sportsmanship regardless of their family background, socioeconomic statue, race or gender.
