Looking Ahead: Virginia Beach to Host 2025 Beach National Championship

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Nov. 8, 2024) – USA Volleyball is pleased to announce that its 2025 Beach National Championship will be held on July 16-21 in Virginia Beach, Va.

The 2025 USA Volleyball Beach National Championship includes four competitive age groups for both boys and girls: 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U.

The event will use the new age-division definitions approved for the 2024-35 USAV Beach Tour season:

18 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2025 or later
16 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2027 or later
14 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2029 or later
12 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2031 or later

Athletes in girls 12U and boys and girls 16U will compete July 16-18. Players in boys 12U and boys and girls 14U and 18U will compete on July 19-21.

All girls age groups will feature three divisions: Open, American and Patriot. Bids are required for entry in the Open or American divisions only and may be earned at a National Beach Tour event.

The Patriot Division does not require athletes to qualify; participants can register at any time.

Boys do not require a bid and may automatically register for the Boys Open division.
