Q: Where can I find the schedule?
A: It will be posted at the beginning of the week of play on AES.
Q: What is the tiebreaker procedure?

Q: Are the matches livestreamed?
A: We’re excited to announce BallerTV will be livestreaming the Girls Junior National Championship (10-13s)! The event livestream kicks off Saturday, June 21st.
Can’t attend the event in person? With BallerTV, you can watch the Girls Junior National Championship (10-13s) games live, create and edit clips, and get access to the game downloads.
Q: Will there be balls and carts available for rental?
A: Yes, Coaches/Rostered staff will be able to checkout volleyballs and carts on a first come first serve basis at the equipment tent.
Q: Are there practice opportunities?
A: Yes – Practice time is available Friday June 20th from 4:00pm-8:00pm on a first come first serve basis.
Q: What is the last-day forfeit policy?
A: Any forfeits during the last/final day of play will result in the following penalties:
- A forfeiture penalty in which the dollar amount shall be determined by the tournament director.
- Team(s) will be required to ref/work the following match
- Failure to provide a full work team will result in an additional fine in which the dollar amount shall cover officiating fees of the match.
- Refer to the 2025 Girls Championship Manual for further details.
Q: What is the ticketing policy?
A: Tickets for parents & spectators will go on sale June TBD. Coaches & Rostered Staff- will receive an email with how to redeem their free QR Code the day before the event starts. Rostered Staff includes anyone listed on the Officials Roster. Players- will not need or receive QR code/wristband, they will enter through Athlete Entrance.
Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: No outside food, coolers or chairs are allowed in the convention center.

You can still sign up at the tournament, but it’s easier and faster if you sign up before the tournament. Plus, you can take advantage of the Team Photo Package that includes huge discounts on Team Photo Plaques plus a free Team Photo Plaque and hi-res digital photo to share!
When you sign up early, you still need to come to our booth on the first day to finalize your team request with the day and time for your team photo.
Schedule your team photo for a time that is good for your whole team. The team photo is taken in our booth with the Official USA Volleyball background. Once the team is present for the photos, it only takes a few minutes for your regular and silly photos. You can see them within seconds at the team preview touchscreen monitors at our booth. You can purchase 5×7 and 8×10 prints as well as wood and sport court photo plaques to take home as a keepsake.”
After you finalize your team order for 5×7 and 8×10 prints and team photo plaques, you can pickup them up the next day or within 15-30 minutes on the last day. With the Team Photo Package, you will receive huge discounts on Team Photo Plaques, a free Team Photo Plaque, and a Hi-res Digital Photo via email.
General Information
- The Patriot Division is the only Pay to Play Division at the Girls Junior National Championship.
- Registration for the Patriot Division will open at the below time through the official event registration system, Advanced Event Systems (AES):
- 10s–13s: 12 p.m. EST on January 14, 2025
- The maximum number of teams that will be accepted in each Patriot Age Division will be as follows:
- 10 Patriot – 24 teams
- 11 Patriot – 24 Teams
- 12 Patriot – 64 Teams
- 13 Patriot – 64 Teams
*Overall team count for the 2025 USAV Patriot divisions will be fluid and may change from the initial registration opening count. Due to changing circumstances, some divisions may increase and decrease as our team count fluctuates. Please be aware of this before registering and understand this may be the case up to the event.
- The first teams (10-13 & under) to register, based on date and time of entry in AES, will be notified through email that they have been tentatively accepted into this division. In the email, these teams will be given a specific deadline by which their Official Entry Form and entry fee must be received at the USA Volleyball National Office AND their housing must be booked through Team Travel Source, in order to be officially accepted.
- PLEASE DO NOT mail Official Entry Forms and fees to the USA Volleyball office UNTIL you have received notification of acceptance into the Patriot division from USA Volleyball Events Staff.
- If teams fail to complete all entry requirements by the given deadline, they will automatically be moved to the bottom of the wait list.
- All teams must book their housing through Team Travel Source in the Patriot block and abide by the Stay & Play Policy.
- Teams that are not accepted as the first (TBD based on division) teams, will be placed on a waitlist based on their date and time of entry in AES. This waitlist can be found using the “2025 Patriot List 10-13s” link below.
- If a team receives a Patriot bid and then later qualifies for a higher division, their entry materials will be transferred to their new division. That team’s Patriot bid will be awarded to the next team in line on the wait list (barring any team whose club has already met their team limit).
- Patriot Refund Deadline: May 23, 2025
*Please note: The Patriot division will be limited to 2 teams per club, per age group in the 10 & Under through 13 & Under age groups. If the age groups are not filled, we will then consider increasing this limit.

Entry Fees
- 11 National – $800
- 12 American, USA, National – $1000
- 13 American, Liberty, USA, National, Open – $1000
- 10-11 Patriot – $750
- 12-13 Patriot – $900
Once a team has either accepted a bid or received a spot in the Patriot Division, they will be placed in an “OK to Pay” status. Only then will they be prompted for payment. Check or credit card is accepted.
Due to the recent changes in fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 non-refundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.
Refund Policy
A team that is denied entry to the National Championship by the USAV Events Department shall receive a full refund of their entry fee.
**Last Day to mail in Checks is 5/16/2025.**
• There will be NO REFUNDS if a team removes itself from the event after the registration deadline, which will be outlined in the acceptance email sent to the individual team.
All spectators are required to purchase a Spectator QR Code for entry into the 2025 USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championship 10-13.
USAV is using an electronic system. The QR Code and photo identification will be required for each entry and re-entry into the facility.
QR Codes will go on-sale at 7:00am on June 7, 2025
• Has played in at least one NQ in the same GJNC division and age group for which the Team is applying (Open, USA or Liberty)
• Teams must have at least one finish in the top 50% of an event in the division they want to be considered for
• Is registered for GJNC 10-13s in AES
• Submits accurate and up-to-date electronic results in the GJNCs Event registration system (AES) no later than the end of business on the Tuesday after the finish of the last NQ offering their age group. ALL TEAM RESULTS NEED TO BE ENTERED.
• Complies with both their Region’s and USAV’s GJNCs deadline dates and meets the requirements.
The USAV Events Department will announce the Teams being awarded the GJNC 10-13s At-Large Bids no later than the second Tuesday after the last NQ. The Events Department will notify Teams awarded an At-Large Bid by email, sent to the Coach and Club Director at the email addresses provided in the GJNC 10-13s Event registration system (AES).

Housing
This is a Stay and Play event; all housing must be booked through Team Travel Source.
Patriot Housing will open Wednesday, January 15
- If you are tentatively accepted with USAV for this event on January 14, Team Travel Source will email the Booking Link to the Club Contact registered on Wednesday, January 15 at 12 p.m. EST
- If you are tentatively accepted with USAV after January 15 – Team Travel Source will email the Booking Link to the Club Contact registered, once we have notified Team Travel Source of your Patriot standing.
Patriot teams can only book at Patriot indicated properties. Properties will be marked as a Patriot hotel on the booking site. You can refer to Team Travel Source’s Housing Page for additional information
