For young athletes, maintaining a positive body image is difficult at the best of times, but when a competitive team atmosphere is added into the mix, that positivity can become even harder.
You can make a difference in the life of an athlete.

Whether you’re a P.E. teacher, high school, club or college coach you are the glue that holds our athletes together. We have a wealth of resources to improve your teaching and expand your coaching skills, including articles, videos, drills and tools.
Coach Education Program
The USA Volleyball Coach Education Program is in a period of transition, but IMPACT requirements are still in place. IMPACT is the minimum education requirement for coaching in a USAV junior program. It’s free for USAV members ($100 for nonmembers) and can be taken through USAV Academy.
USAVlearn is a free online educational video series featuring videos on topics ranging from coaching to defensive schemes to officiating. Top volleyball coaches, including WNT head coach Karch Kiraly, and national team consultants share their knowledge to help you perform your best.
Looking for inspiration? USA Volleyball has compiled drills, competition ideas, blogs, book ideas, webinars and more to help you on your coaching journey. Whether you are a new or veteran coach, these fun and educational ideas will help you improve your coaching IQ and build the basis for success.
Providing game-like, age-appropriate and fun lessons for young athletes is a great way to get them hooked on the sport. USA Volleyball has created lessons plans for all age levels, from elementary to high school.
