Meet and Greet Schedule

Q: When should I book travel on the final day of play?
A: The last match on the final day of play is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. However:

• We recommend that you do not schedule any departing flights prior to 6 p.m.

Q: Where can I find the schedule?
A: The final schedule will be posted at the beginning of the week of play

Q: What are the entry times

• AM Waves – Doors will open at 7 a.m. Once you have completed your work assignments and matches for the day please leave the facility.
• PM Waves – Door will open at 2:30 p.m., to allow AM waves to leave after their scheduled 1 p.m. game.

Q: What is the tiebreaker procedure?
A: Please see the tiebreaking procedure flow chart (PDF).

Q: What is the last-day forfeit policy?
A: Any forfeits during the last/final day of play will result in the following penalties:

1. A forfeiture penalty in which the dollar amount shall be determined by the tournament director.
2. Team(s) will be required to ref/work the following match
   • Failure to provide a full work team will result in an additional fine in which the dollar amount shall cover officiating fees of the match.
3. Refer to the 2025 Boys Championship Manual for further details.

Q: What is the ticketing policy?
A: Tickets for parents & spectators will go on sale in December. Coaches & Rostered Staff- will receive an email with how to redeem their free QR Code the day before the event starts. Rostered Staff includes anyone listed on the Officials Roster. Players- will not need or receive QR code/wristband/bag tag. They will enter through the Athlete Entrance.

Q: Are the matches livestreamed?
A: Leave the cameras and tripods at home and enjoy the action – live! We have partnered with BallerTV to provide professional live streaming for this event. They have the necessary liability insurance and expertise to set up video equipment to protect athletes and fans. Any other live streaming, including the use of Facebook Live, is strictly prohibited.

Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: No outside food, coolers or chairs are allowed in the sports center. The Momentous Sports Center will be selling food in the venue and have made an effort to provide a good variety of options.

Q: Are there practice opportunities?
A: There will be practice opportunities available at Momentous from 4-7pm on January 1st. Courts are first come first serve basis with an hour limit in order to allow everyone an equal opportunity to utilize them.

Q: Balls and Carts
A: USA Volleyball will not be providing warm-up balls or carts for rent.

USA Volleyball will be using a new spectator registration system for all 2026 events. With the new platform there is an Express Pass option, spectators can create an account and verify their identification before arriving at the event venue. Completing registration in advance will reduce wait times and eliminate the need to show a physical ID for entry and re-entry.

Steps to register:

1. Download the SportWrench Express App:

   • iOS: App Store
2. Create an account using an email address you check frequently.
3. Upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie for verification.
4. Find your event on SportWrench.com. Ask your coach or a player for your Team Code, which is required to start registration.
5. Follow the prompts to select which days you wish to attend or purchase a weekend pass.

Registration for the 2026 Boys West Coast is closed.

**Wave assignments are always subject to change due to team numbers and court availability.

Divisions: The following is the ranking of divisions, starting with the most elite, for the 2026 Boys West Coast:

• Open – 14-18
• USA – 14-18

Overall team count for the 2026 Boys West Coast will be fluid and may change from the initial registration opening count. Due to changing circumstances, some divisions may increase and decrease as our team count fluctuates. Please be aware of this before registering and understand this may be the case up to the event.

Reminder: Due to the fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 nonrefundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.

There are two parking lots where spectators and attendees will be able to park on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (January 2nd-4th) in the AM & PM.
