  • How did you discover sitting volleyball?"My path toward the Sitting National Team started in 2017 at the Big South National Qualifier. I was playing on my 16s team, and the referee for the game happened to be Elliot Blake, the director of the A2 sitting program. He had just gotten back from the Youth Parapan American Games with our Youth Sitting Team, which included Nina McVay, who I went to high school with. After talking to her, I decided to try sitting volleyball and attended my first A2 camp. I went to two A2 training camps and in November of 2017, I attended my first National Team training camp. I have been training with the team ever since."
