Micha on the USA Volleyball Show

  • What she's learned about herself while playing“I learned, from being more isolated, that it’s important to force yourself to get out from being in isolation. You come home after practice, and if you didn’t have a good practice, that weights heavy. It’s good to be passionate, but it is a job. Sometimes you have to let those feelings go. Getting out and doing things, like seeing Italy, you gotta do something to keep your mind busy. That’s something I learned that I didn’t know my first two years. Variety is something I learned I needed.”
