Q: When should I book travel on the final day of play?
A: The last match on the final day of play may potentially be scheduled to start at 3:00 pm. However:
We recommend that you do not schedule any departing flights prior to 6:00 pm.
Q: Where can I find the schedule?
A: The final schedule will be posted here the beginning of the week of play.
Q: What are the entry times and location?
A:
- AM Waves – Doors will open at 7AM. Once you have completed your work assignments and matches for the day please leave the facility.
- PM Waves – Door will remain open from the AM wave but we recommend arriving at 2:30 p.m., to allow AM waves to leave after their scheduled 1 p.m. game.
Q: What is the tiebreaker procedure?
A: Please see the tiebreaking procedure flow chart (PDF).
Q: What is the last-day forfeit policy?
A: Any forfeits during the last/final day of play will result in the following penalties:
- A forfeiture penalty in which the dollar amount shall be determined by the tournament director.
- Team(s) will be required to ref/work the following match
- Failure to provide a full work team will result in an additional fine in which the dollar amount shall cover officiating fees of the match.
- Refer to the 2025 Girls Championship Manual for further details.
Q: What is the spectator registration policy?
A: Admission for parents & spectators will go on sale in January. Coaches & Rostered Staff- will receive an email with how to redeem their free QR Code the day before the event starts. Rostered Staff includes anyone listed on the Officials Roster. Players- will not need or receive QR code/wristband/bag tag. They will enter through the Athlete Entrance.
Q: Are the matches livestreamed?
A: Leave the cameras and tripods at home and enjoy the action – live! We have partnered with BallerTV to provide professional live streaming for this event. They have the necessary liability insurance and expertise to set up video equipment to protect athletes and fans. Any other live streaming, including the use of Facebook Live, is strictly prohibited.
Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: No outside food, coolers or chairs are allowed in the convention center. The Salt Palace Convention Center will be selling food in the venue and have made an effort to provide a good variety of options.
Q: What is the parking situation?
A: There are various parking lots/structures connected to and nearby the convention center at varying rates.
Q: Are there practice opportunities?
A: Thursday January 22nd teams are able to practice between 4-8PM local time.
- Courts will be available on a first come first serve basis for a total of ONE HOUR.
Q: Balls and Carts
A: Ball checkout will be available for the duration of the tournament to be checked out each day.
- Teams who intend to checkout volleyballs & carts must present a photo ID at the equipment tent.
PLEASE NOTE!! – Although we will have volleyball/ball cart rentals available on a first come first serve basis, we CANNOT guarantee that there will be enough for all teams. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
Q: Is there luggage storage?
A: We will offer a luggage room during the final day of play for players and spectators to leave their luggage for 5 dollars per bag.

Note: Divisions will fill quickly, and a division fills, those teams still in a pending status will be placed on a waitlist and notified once a spot opens.
Reminder: Due to the fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 non-refundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.
Due to the lack of registrations for the 18 Club division, we have made the decision to close registration for the division.
In order for it to be reactivated in AES, the division must have FIVE committed teams reach out wanting to register.

Information on the 18 Club Division
In its first year, we welcomed eight teams—including two from Canada. Building on that foundation, and with the goal of continuing to create opportunities for international teams to compete in USA Volleyball events, we have restructured this division as the Club/International Division welcoming Canadian teams, teams from Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Mexico, other countries, as well as U.S. clubs who opt to play at the club level.
Entry Fee: $700
