COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (July 25, 2025) – USA Volleyball announces the rosters for the 2025 Beach NTDP Summer Training Series, set to take place at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center in Chula Vista, California. The training will be held in two sessions: July 26-30 for the Girls U19, U18 and U17 age groups, and July 30-Aug. 3 for Boys U19 and U18.
The Summer Training Series marks Beach NTDP’s return to residential programming after a two-year hiatus, offering an intensive, multi-day experience that combines on-court training with classroom sessions and guest speakers. Over the course of seven training sessions and two classroom learning opportunities for each age group, participating athletes will train with some of the most accomplished coaches in the country.
The 2025 coaching staff is highlighted by:
- Guilherme Tenius, six-time Olympic coach, leading Boys U18
- Theo Brunner, head coach for Olympians Andy Benesh and Miles Partain and current UCLA assistant, leading Boys U19
- Andrew Fuller, head coach at Stanford University and Olympic coach, leading Girls U17
- Gustavo Rocha, three-time Olympic coach and associate at USC, leading Girls U18
- Beth Van Fleet, head coach at Georgia State University, leading Girls U19
The 2025 Beach NTDP Summer Training Series is a key development opportunity for top U18 athletes born in 2008 or later. The U18 Beach National Team coaching staff will be on site and evaluating athletes throughout the series. Top performers may earn one of six roster spots on the 2025 U18 Beach National Team. Selection criteria include participation in the Beach NTDP Training Series (2024-Summer 2025) and/or previous experience with beach age-group national teams in 2024 or 2025.
