The U.S. Women’s Sitting Team guaranteed itself a spot in Sunday’s final match of the World ParaVolley Super 6 with a 3-0 (25-11, 25-7, 25-8) win over home team France on Friday.
The U.S. Women’s Sitting Team defeated Paralympic rival China 3-1 (23-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-19) Thursday at the World ParaVolley Super 6 in Nancy, France. This was the first meeting between the two teams since the 2020 Paralympic final.
The U.S. Women’s Sitting Team picked up its second straight win at the ParaVolley Super 6 with a 3-1 (25-14, 25-11, 23-25, 25-10) win over No. 7 Italy on Wednesday.
The U.S. Women’s Sitting Team returned to international play for the first time since July 2023 and picked up right where they left off — with a win. The U.S. Women, currently ranked No. 3 in the world, opened competition at the World ParaVolley Super 6 with a 3-1 (25-18, 24-26, 25-21, 25-22) victory over No. 2 ranked Brazil.
