HOST A CLINIC
Calling all USAV clubs! Are you ready to organize a local Try Volleyball Clinic and unlock exciting benefits? As a clinic host, you’ll gain access to a range of valuable resources and support – all for free. Here’s what you can expect:
- Central Participant Registration: Our team will handle participant sign-ups, streamlining the process for you.
- National and Local Marketing Solutions: Leverage our marketing expertise to effectively promote your clinic within your community.
- Clinic Programming Assistance: We’ll guide you through the clinic setup and programming, ensuring a successful event.
Remember: ALL clinics in 2025 are 1st-8th grade and coed. USA Volleyball will provide clinic plans for all age groups if you need help with any of the age groups.
Before You Register to Host
Please ensure you have the the following information before registering to host:
- Dates secured
- Facility secured (name of facility and full address)
- Times secured (we recommend 1-1.5 hours but will allow clinic times up to three hours
How to Get Started
- Apply: Register to host a Try Volleyball Clinic by filling out the form below.
- Approval and Toolkit: Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a free Host Toolkit containing essential materials for hosting the clinic.
- Spread the Word: Promote your event within your community and encourage participants to register.
- Clinic Management: Staff and administer your Try Volleyball Clinic with confidence. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
