Seven new champions were crowned Sunday at the 2024 Girls 18s Junior National Championship in Baltimore, Md. In its eighth year as a stand-alone championship, the annual event offers club players the chance to compete against the best of the best in the highest age group.

Eight Teams Compete for the Men’s NCAA Title

For the first time, the Men’s NCAA Volleyball Tournament has been expanded to an eight-team format. All schools have their place in the bracket set with opening matches beginning Tuesday, April 30. The week-long sprint for the trophy concludes with the championship match on Saturday, May 4. All matches will be held at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California and streamed on NCAA.com.

Appetite can be a tricky thing: Sometimes, after the hardest efforts or longest practices, your athlete may simply not feel hungry. This is normal—but if it becomes a regular occurrence, it can be a cause for concern. While hunger cues are generally important and should be respected, in situations like these, it’s important to help your athlete find a way to replenish their body after a hard volleyball practice or competition.
