All spectators are required to purchase tickets for entry into the 2022 Sunshine Classic. USAV is using an electronic ticketing system and the electronic ticket (QR code) and photo identification will be required for each entry and re-entry into the facility.
Tickets can only be purchased online starting Friday March 18th

Q: What are the entry times and location?

- Entry will be located on both the NORTH AND SOUTH CONCOURSES
- AM Waves – Doors will open at 6:45 a.m. Once you have completed your work assignments and matches for the day please leave the facility.
- PM Waves – Door will open at 2:30 p.m., to allow AM waves to leave after their scheduled 1 p.m. game.

Q: What is the last-day forfeit policy?
A: A penalty of $100 will be issued for any last-day forfeits.
Q: What is the ticketing policy?

Q: Are the matches livestreamed?
A: Leave the cameras and tripods at home and enjoy the action – live! We have partnered with BallerTV to provide professional live streaming for this event. They have the necessary liability insurance and expertise to set up video equipment to protect athletes and fans. Any other live streaming, including the use of Facebook Live, is strictly prohibited.

Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: No outside food, coolers or chairs are allowed in the convention center. The Orange County Convention Center will be selling food in the venue and have made an effort to provide a good variety of options.
Q: What is the parking situation?
A: There is a $10 fee ($15 for oversized vehicles) per vehicle, per entry, to park at the convention center.
Q: Are there practice opportunities?
A: There will not be any practice times available at the convention center.
Q: Balls and Carts
A: USA Volleyball will not be providing warm-up balls or carts for rent.
Q: Is there luggage storage?
A: There will not be an area designated for luggage storage at the convention center. Please arrange with your hotel.
Coaches – Register through University Athlete. Please check in at Ticketing Help desk onsite. Proof of registration required.
- NEW: There will be no onsite check-in for teams. Team check-in will be done all online.

Teams not accepted into Sunshine Volleyball Classic: Full Refund

Note: Divisions will fill quickly. Once a division fills, those teams still in a pending status will be placed on a waitlist, and notified once a spot opens.
NEW for 2022: Due to the recent changes in fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 non-refundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.
If a team is denied entry into the tournament, because the field is filled, the team may elect to cancel its application and receive a full refund of its entry fee, OR the team may elect to go on a waiting list.
A team on a waiting list may drop out and obtain a full refund of its entry fee as long as we have not yet accepted the team into the tournament from the waiting list. To qualify for this, a team on a waiting list must have notified us in writing of their desire to drop before they receive notification of being accepted from the waiting list.

PLEASE NOTE: Teams will no longer need to create a roster in order to complete the initial registration process. Acceptance will first be given to teams who have completed all requirements. A team’s registration time stamp will be used once a division fills up and moves to a waitlist status.
ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Register for the event in AES
- Pay registration fee, either by check or credit card
- Submitted rosters are required in order to be fully accepted. Edits can still be made to the roster after acceptance.
- Complete housing through Team Travel Source (More information below)
