Q: What are the entry times and location?
A:Entry will be located on both the SOUTH Entrance located on 200 South Temple Street
- AM Wave – 8:00 A.M. (Doors will open at 7 A.M.)
- PM Wave – 3:00 P.M. (Doors will open at 2:00 P.M.)

Q: What is the last-day forfeit policy?
A: A penalty of $100 will be issued for any last-day forfeits.

Q: Are the matches livestreamed?
A: Yes. All matches will be livestreamed by BallerTV.
Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: No outside food, coolers or chairs are allowed in the convention center. The Salt Palace Convention Center will be selling food in the venue and have made an effort to provide a good variety of options.
Q: What is the parking situation?
A:The Salt Palace Convention Center offers two convenient underground automated garages that are open 24 hours a day:
- 100 South Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 200 South between West Temple and 200 West or enter off of 200 West just south of the dock entrance. (600 stalls)
- 300 West Lot – Two Entrances: Enter off of 300 West between 100 South and South Temple or enter off of 100 South between 200 West just past the Japanese Garden. (400 stalls)
- Accessible parking available in both lots.
- Bicycles racks are located in the garages and in various places outside the facility.
- Continuous security surveillance.

Q: Will there be practice opportunities?
A: No. USA Volleyball will NOT be providing any courts for practice prior to the tournament.
Q: Will volleyballs and ball carts be available to rent?
A: No. USA Volleyball will NOT have volleyball and ball carts available for check out.
Q: Is there luggage storage?
A: No. There will not be an area designated for luggage storage at the convention center. Please arrange with your hotel if applicable.

Note: Divisions will fill quickly. Once a division fills, those teams still in a pending status will be placed on a waitlist, and notified once a spot opens.
Reminder: Due to the fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 non-refundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.
If a team is denied entry into the tournament, because the field is filled, the team may elect to cancel its application and receive a full refund of its entry fee, OR the team may elect to go on a waiting list.
A team on a waiting list may drop out and obtain a full refund of its entry fee as long as we have not yet accepted the team into the tournament from the waiting list. To qualify for this, a team on a waiting list must have notified us in writing of their desire to drop before they receive notification of being accepted from the waiting list.
Tournament Registration is now CLOSED.
PLEASE NOTE: Teams will no longer need to create a roster in order to be accepted in the tournament. All rosters must be submitted by January 10th. (Edits can still be made to the roster all the way up until Online Check-In.) Acceptance will first be given to teams who have completed all requirements. A team’s registration time stamp will be used once a division fills up and moves to a waitlist status.
