- 10 Club, 11s, 12s, 16-17s
- Weekend 2 – April 11-13

Divisions: The following is the ranking of divisions, starting with the most elite, for the 2025 Salt Lake City Showdown Qualifier:
- Open
- National (11s & 12s ONLY)
- USA
- Liberty
- American
- Club (Only for 10s) (This is NOT a qualifying division)
Note – ALL divisions will compete in a Three-Day Format
Entry Fees:
- $850 Per Team (11s – 17s)
- $500 Per Team (10 Club Division)

Teams NOT accepted into Salt Lake City Showdown Qualifier: Full Refund

Note: Divisions will fill quickly and a division fills, those teams still in a pending status will be placed on a waitlist, and notified once a spot opens.
Reminder: Due to the fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 non-refundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.
If a team is denied entry into the tournament, because the field is filled, the team may elect to cancel its application and receive a full refund of its entry fee, OR the team may elect to go on a waiting list.
A team on a waiting list may drop out and obtain a full refund of its entry fee as long as we have not yet accepted the team into the tournament from the waitlist. To qualify for this, a team on the waitlist must have notified us in writing of their desire to drop before they receive notification of being accepted from the waitlist.
Registration for Weekend One of the 2025 Salt Lake City Showdown Qualifier will open October 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET.

Registration for Weekend Two of the 2025 Salt Lake City Showdown Qualifier will open October 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET.

ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Register for the event in AES
- Pay registration fee, either by check or credit card
- Complete housing through Team Travel Source (Only teams in Ok to Pay status will receive a link to book housing. Teams that are in a Pending or Waitlist status on AES will NOT have access to housing)
All registration requirements need to be completed in order to be fully accepted into the event.
Housing for Weekend One will open on October 8th, 2024.
Housing for Weekend Two will open on October 15th, 2024.
IMPORTANT – Only teams in Ok to Pay status will receive a link to book housing. Teams that are in a Pending or Waitlist status on AES will NOT have access to housing.
All spectators are required to purchase a Spectator QR Code for entry into the 2025 Salt Lake City Showdown Qualifier. USAV is using an electronic system. The QR Code and photo identification will be required for each entry and re-entry into the facility.
