Event Information
Q: Where can I find the schedule?
A: It will be posted at the beginning of the week of play on AES.
Q: What is the tiebreaker procedure?

Q: Are the matches livestreamed?
A: We’re excited to announce BallerTV will be livestreaming the Girls Junior National Championship (18s)! The event livestream kicks off Friday April 25.
Can’t attend the event in person? With BallerTV, you can watch the Girls Junior National Championship (18s) games live, create and edit clips, and get access to the game downloads.
Q: Will there be balls and carts available for rental?
A: Yes, Coaches/Rostered staff will be able to checkout volleyballs and carts on a first come first serve basis at the equipment tent.
Q: Are there practice opportunities?
A: Yes – Practice time is available Thursday April 24 from 4-8 p.m. on a first come first serve basis.
Q: What is the last-day forfeit policy?
A: Any forfeits during the last/final day of play will result in the following penalties:
- A forfeiture penalty in which the dollar amount shall be determined by the tournament director.
- Team(s) will be required to ref/work the following match
- Failure to provide a full work team will result in an additional fine in which the dollar amount shall cover officiating fees of the match.

Q: What is the entrance policy?
A: Spectator QR codes for parents & spectators will go on sale June TBD. Coaches & Rostered Staff- will receive an email with how to redeem their free QR Code the day before the event starts. Rostered Staff includes anyone listed on the Officials Roster. Players- will not need or receive QR code/wristband, they will enter through Athlete Entrance.
Q: What is the concession and seating policy?
A: No outside food, coolers or chairs are allowed in the convention center.
Registration for the Girls 18 Junior National Championship opens Wednesday December 4 at 12 PM MST/2 PM EST.
* Teams will not be able to Pay for GJNC 18s until they have been put into OK TO PAY status. Once a team has either accepted a bid or received a spot in the Patriot Division they will be placed in an “OK to PAY” Status.
Acceptance will first be given to teams who have completed all requirements. A team’s registration time stamp will be used once a division fills up and moves to a waitlist status.
ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Register for the event in AES
2. Pay registration fee, either by check or credit card
3. Submitted rosters are required in order to be fully accepted. Edits can still be made to the roster after acceptance.
4. Complete housing through Team Travel Source (More information below)
Entry Fees
- 18 Open, National, USA, Liberty, American, Freedom – $900
- 18 Patriot – $800
Once a team has either accepted a bid or received a spot in the Patriot Division, they will be placed in an “OK to Pay” status. Only then will they be prompted for payment. Check or credit card is accepted.
Due to the recent changes in fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 non-refundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.

Refund Policy
A team that is denied entry to the National Championship by the USAV Events Department shall receive a full refund of their entry fee.
• There will be NO REFUNDS if a team removes itself from the event after the registration deadline, which will be outlined in the acceptance email sent to the individual team.
General Information
- The Patriot Division is the only Pay to Play Division at the Girls 18s National Championship.
- Registration for the Patriot Division will open at the following time through the official event registration system, Advanced Event Systems (AES): 2:00pm EST on December 4, 2024.
There will 64 maximum number of teams that will be accepted in the Patriot Division.
- The first 64 teams to register, based on date and time of entry in AES, will be notified through email that they have been tentatively accepted into this division. In the email, these teams will be given a specific deadline by which their Official Entry Form and entry fee must be received at the USA Volleyball National Office AND their housing must be booked through Team Travel Source, in order to be officially accepted.
- PLEASE DO NOT mail Official Entry Forms and fees to the USA Volleyball office UNTIL you have received notification of acceptance into the Patriot division from USA Volleyball Events Staff.
- If teams fail to complete all entry requirements by the given deadline, they will automatically be moved to the bottom of the wait list.
- All teams must book their housing through Team Travel Source in the Patriot Block and abide by the Stay & Play Policy.
- Teams that are not accepted as the top (TBD) teams, will be placed on a waitlist based on their date and time of entry in AES. This waitlist will be posted on the USA Volleyball website.
- If a team receives a Patriot bid and then later qualifies for a higher division, their entry materials will be transferred to their new division. That team’s Patriot bid will be awarded to the next team in line on the wait list (barring any team whose club has already met their team limit).
- Patriot Refund Deadline Date: March 28th, 2025
*Please note: The Patriot division will be limited to 2 teams per club. If the division does not fill, we will then consider increasing this limit.
Coaches – Register through University Athlete. Please check in at Ticketing Help Desk onsite. Proof of registration required.
