In the final beach update of 2023, we take a look at the results of the two most recent NORCECA tournaments, both of which took place in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. The U23 Continental Tour and the Beach Finals closed out the competition schedule until the new year, so we will look one more time at the rankings. The U.S. also did well at the King and Queen of the Court series.

(Dec. 17, 2023) – Texas served a record 12 aces as it swept top-seeded Nebraska 3-0 (25-22, 25-14, 25-11) to win its second straight NCAA Women’s Division I National Championship on Sunday at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. Texas finishes the season 28-4 and with its fourth national title. Nebraska finishes 33-2….
The University of Texas earned the chance to defend its title at the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship by defeating Wisconsin 3-1 (25-23, 20-25, 25-13, 25-16) on Thursday at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers are returning to the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship match after sweeping Pitt 3-0 (25-20, 25-23, 25-17) Thursday night at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. The Huskers were last in the final in 2021, losing to Wisconsin in five sets.
