COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Sept. 9, 2026) – Many new faces are on the U.S. Women’s National Team roster for the 2026 NORCECA Pan American Cup, Sept. 11-18, in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. This is the 23rd edition of the Women’s Pan Am Cup, and the U.S. has won the event seven times, most recently in 2019.

All 14 players on the roster are making their 2026 national team debut, with seven of them playing with the senior team for the first time. Setters Rachel Fairbanks and Ella Powell both competed at the Volleyball Nations League in 2025, and Powell, Sami Francis and Elena Oglivie were all on the 2025 NORCECA Final 6 team. In 2024, Claire Hoffman played in the Pan Am Cup, and Eva Hudson and Jess Mruzik were on the Final Six team.

Caitie Baird, Lauren Briseño, Natalie Foster, Toyosi Onabanjo, Onye Ofoegbu, Temi Thomas-Ailara and Callie Scharzenbach are appearing on a senior national team rster for the first time. Briseño played for the U.S. Women’s U21 National Team at the 2023 U21 Pan Am Cup.

Head coach Erik Sullivan will lead the squad in Mexico, assisted by Brandon Taliaferro and Paula Weisoff.
