All spectators are required to purchase entry QR codes for entry into the 2024 Girls 18 Junior National Championship.

USAV is using an electronic system and the electronic QR code and photo identification will be required for each entry and re-entry into the facility.

Action, team, award team, and all-tournament photos from the national tournament are now available online at the Texas Star website for viewing and purchase. They won’t be online for long, so now is the time to view, create or update your album, and make your purchase.

We photographed matches by request, but while we were focusing on certain requested players, we also followed the action so even if you didn’t request action photos, you may see some of your player. Under Division, click your age group, and scroll to your team name to see teams we photographed for action photos.

We photographed teams that came to our booth for regular, award team, and all-tournament photos. Under Division, click Teams, and on the next page under Teams, scroll to your team name or All Tournament photo.

Simply click on the appropriate tournament button. Then click LOGIN. If you already created an album at the tournament, click UPDATE YOUR ALBUM, select your album number, and click CONTINUE. Your album should have the same photos you added at the tournament. If you didn’t create an album at the tournament, select your own 5 digital number as your album number. If it is taken, just try a different number. Then click CONTINUE.

You can purchase all the same products that you could at the tournament – all in the same order. These include 5x7s, 8x10s, plaques (including 5×7 print), posters, and hi-res digital photos.

For digital photos, you will receive an email for downloading them in a day or two.

For all the other products you will receive these in the mail in as little as a few days up to 3-4 weeks depending on the products you purchased and your shipping address.

Entry Fees

• 18 Open, National, USA, Liberty, American, Freedom – $900
• 18 Patriot – $800

Once a team has either accepted a bid or received a spot in the Patriot Division, they will be placed in an “OK to Pay” status. Only then will they be prompted for payment. Check or credit card is accepted.

Refund Policy
Should a team need to cancel their registration from the national championship before the refund deadline date, a full refund of the entry fee will be given. The convenience fee is nonrefundable. The deadline to withdraw from the Patriot Division and to receive a full refund is March 25. 

Reminder: Due to the fees imposed by credit card merchants, all credit card payments will incur a $25 non-refundable convenience fee. There are no convenience fees for paying by check.

If a team is denied entry into the tournament, because the field is filled, the team may elect to cancel its application and receive a full refund of its entry fee, OR the team may elect to go on a waiting list.

A team on a waiting list may drop out and obtain a full refund of its entry fee as long as we have not yet accepted the team into the tournament from the waitlist. To qualify for this, a team on the waitlist must have notified us in writing of their desire to drop before they receive notification of being accepted from the waitlist.

Registration for the Girls 18 Junior National Championship opens Wednesday December 6th at 10am MDT/12pm EST.

2024 USAV Girls 18s Junior National Championship – AES (advancedeventsystems.com)

* Teams will not be able to Pay for GJNC 18s until they have been put into OK TO PAY status. Once a team has either accepted a bid or received a spot in the Patriot Division they will be placed in an “OK to PAY” Status.

Acceptance will first be given to teams who have completed all requirements. A team’s registration time stamp will be used once a division fills up and moves to a waitlist status.

ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Register for the event in AES

2. Pay registration fee, either by check or credit card

3. Submitted rosters are required in order to be fully accepted. Edits can still be made to the roster after acceptance.

4. Complete housing through Team Travel Source (More information below)

Entry & Registration Process

General Information

• The Patriot Division is the only Pay to Play Division at the Girls 18s National Championship.
• Registration for the Patriot Division will open at the following time through the official event registration system, Advanced Event Systems (AES): 12:00pm EST on December 6, 2023.

There will 32 maximum number of teams that will be accepted in the Patriot Division. 

Patriot List

• • • The first 16 teams to register, based on date and time of entry in AES, will be notified through email that they have been tentatively accepted into this division. In the email, these teams will be given a specific deadline by which their Official Entry Form and entry fee must be received at the USA Volleyball National Office AND their housing must be booked through Team Travel Source, in order to be officially accepted.
      • PLEASE DO NOT mail Official Entry Forms and fees to the USA Volleyball office UNTIL you have received notification of acceptance into the Patriot division from USA Volleyball Events Staff.
      • If teams fail to complete all entry requirements by the given deadline, they will automatically be moved to the bottom of the wait list.
      • All teams must book their housing through Team Travel Source in the Patriot Block and abide by the Stay & Play Policy.
• • Teams that are not accepted as the top (TBD) teams, will be placed on a waitlist based on their date and time of entry in AES. This waitlist will be posted on the USA Volleyball website.
  • If a team receives a Patriot bid and then later qualifies for a higher division, their entry materials will be transferred to their new division. That team’s Patriot bid will be awarded to the next team in line on the wait list (barring any team whose club has already met their team limit).
  • Patriot Refund Deadline Date: March 25, 2024

*Please note: The Patriot division will be limited to 2 teams per club. If the division does not fill, we will then consider increasing this limit.
