April 18, 2025: Confirmed Entry List released. Nineteen teams will gain entry into the main draw and 24 teams will gain entry into the qualification tournament.
May 1, 2025: Last day for any pairs to late register (11:59 p.m. PDT)
May 1, 2025: Last day for any partner changes in VolleyballLife. All late changes will need to go through the National Team office (those are not guaranteed). Deadline is 11:59 p.m. PDT
May 12, 2025: Last day for coaches to register (11:59 p.m. PDT)
May 15, 2025: Qualification tournament
May 15 -17, 2025: Main draw
Registration is now open for the 2025 World University Games Beach Volleyball Trials, set for May 15-17 in Manhattan Beach, California. The trials determine which collegiate athletes will represent the United States at the FISU Summer World University Games, July 16-27 in Rhine-Ruhr, Germany.
