SCSN Junior Club Registration Guide

Step 1: Become a Club in the SCSN Region
Welcome to the Southern California Southern Nevada (SCSN) region of USA Volleyball. To create a new club, follow these required steps.

New Clubs

1. Submit the 2025-26 SCSN New Club Sanctioning Form
   • Deadline: July 21, 2025
   • Fee: $250 (paid at the end of the form)
2. Attend the mandatory New Club Director Orientation held annually in October
3. Schedule club administrator system training. A link to schedule this training will be sent once your club is approved.
4. Review membership information below 

Existing Clubs

1. Submit the 2025-26 SCSN New Club Sanctioning Form
   • Deadline: July 21, 2025
   • Fee: $250 (paid at the end of the form)

Junior  Club Coach and Staff Memberships

• If a coach or club staff member already has a 2024-25 SCVA/USAV membership, it is good through 8/31/2025. 2025-26 memberships will be available on 7/27/2025.
• If a club coach or staff member DOES NOT have a 2024-25 SCVA/USAV membership AND will be participating at tryouts, they may purchase a one-event membership at the links below:

    • Submit your background screening ASAP – BGS Instructions
    • Complete your SafeSport training – SafeSport Training Instructions
    • Complete your IMPACT training – IMPACT Training Instructions
  • 25-26 SCSN One-Event Adult Club Staff (non-coach)
    • Submit your background screening ASAP – BGS Instructions
    • Complete your Safe Sport training – SafeSport Training Instructions
