Sign in to your SportsEngine account. If you don’t yet hold a 2025–2026 Officials Membership, register and pay your fee.
SportsEngine will email you which eligibility requirements remain before you can participate in the upcoming season.
Important: No assignments are made to anyone who has not completed all SportsEngine registration and SCSN payments, finished the SafeSport refresher module, and attended the Officials’ Clinic.
You must register through SportsEngine before attending the clinic.
You only need to attend one clinic. The regional clinic is mandatory for all officials who plan to officiate any SCSN tournaments, and attendance at an in-person regional clinic is required for re-certification. Register through the USAV Volleyball Academy (accessed from your SportsEngine profile), then open the Content Library and find your clinic course.
All officials must complete the USAV modules in the Volleyball Academy by January 15, 2026. Complete the module that matches your experience:

- Log into SportsEngine
- Click Household
- Click View Profile on the member’s name
- Click View Details on the membership to the right of the profile
- On the new page, click the membership again — a dropdown with all requirements appears
