If you are currently a Provisional official with SCSN and wish to advance your certification to the next level, please read below on the process for becoming a Regional official with SCSN. An official can request their regional status at any time during the current season.
Step 1 – Attendance
Any official wishing to obtain their Regional rating must have officiated (20) regional (this does not include events like Vegas Classic or Red Rock Raves) event days each year for a minimum of two years.
Step 2 – Application
If you feel you have met the criteria for a Regional rating, please email John Pederson, Patrick Bradley and Todd Livdahl to be considered for your certification. The subject line of the email must read: Regional Rating Request
Step 3 – Evaluation
If your application is accepted the region will assign a lead official to evaluate you at a normal SCSN regional event. If the lead official feels you are operating at the right level, then your certification will be upgraded to Regional status.
