Michael Blalock | 2020 Wilbur H. Peck Referee Emeritus Award
Michael Blalock was a national referee from 1988-2006 and chair of the USAV national referee rating team from 1996 to 2000. He was an NCAA referee from 1981-2016, including selection to four NCAA Division I semis and 20 NCAA Tournaments overall.

Donna Friesen Wigton earned her national scorer certification in 1983 and missed just one USA Volleyball Open National Championship until 2017. She earned her USA international scorer patch in 1995 and worked at the 1996 Olympic Games.
