Twelve athletes earned the chance to represent USA Volleyball at two international tournaments later this year: the FISU Beach World University Championship and the U19 FIVB Beach World Championship
Thirty-six athletes and ten coaches with Beach National Team Development Program experience are currently competing at the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Beach NTDP will conduct three trials in June for various Beach age-group national teams. All three trials will provide the winners the opportunity for international play later this year.
Megan Kraft and Delaynie Maple own the Beach Volleyball U19 World Championship Saturday. It’s the U.S.’ first U19 title since 2010. Xolani Hodel and Kate Reilly finished fourth.
The U.S. Beach U19 National Team will begin play at the 2021 FIVB Beach Volleyball U19 World Championships late Sunday. Four pairs will compete for the United States.
