The U.S. Women’s National Team left no doubts as to who the Olympic champion is. The U.S. Women made history on Sunday, sweeping longtime rival Brazil for their first Olympic gold medal, 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-14) at Ariake Arena in Tokyo.
Ah Brazil, we meet again. The U.S. Women’s National Team (6-1) will play Brazil (7-0) on Saturday in the gold medal match of the 2020 Olympic Games at 9:30 p.m. PT. It is scheduled to be shown live on the USA Network and an hour delayed on NBC (check your local listings).
The U.S. Women’s Volleyball Team will play for the gold medal on Sunday after beating Serbia decisively on Thursday, 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-23) at the Olympic Games.
