Beach Update: U.S. Earns Five Medals Across Two NORCECA Events
In the final beach update of 2023, we take a look at the results of the two most recent NORCECA tournaments, both of which took place in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. The U23 Continental Tour and the Beach Finals closed out the competition schedule until the new year, so we will look one more time at the rankings. The U.S. also did well at the King and Queen of the Court series.
Texas Serves Sweep of Nebraska for NCAA Title
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Dec. 17, 2023) – Texas served a record 12 aces as it swept top-seeded Nebraska 3-0 (25-22, 25-14, 25-11) to win its second straight NCAA Women’s Division I National Championship on Sunday at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. Texas finishes the season 28-4 and with its fourth national title. Nebraska finishes 33-2….

U23 Beach National Team Ready for NORCECA Juan Dolio
The U.S. U23 Beach National Team is set to compete at the 2023 NORCECA U23 Beach Championship in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic. The tournament runs from Dec. 11-15 and will feature four U.S. pairs for both the men’s and women’s tournaments.
