Some U.S. Beach National Team athletes are maintaining their partnerships into 2022, but others are creating new ones. Also, Brooke Sweat was inducted into the FGCU Hall of Fame, and more.
Kim Hill is a two-time Olympian and Olympic medalist who started with the team in 2013 after being “discovered” at the U.S. Women’s Open Tryout (now the U.S. Women’s National Team Open Program). A year later, she was named MVP of the 2014 FIVB World Championship as the U.S. took gold.
USA Volleyball has hired Brian Hurler to serve as performance analyst for the Olympic gold medal winning U.S. Women’s National Team. Hurler joins USAV from Stanford where he served as the technical coordinator for the women’s volleyball team for two seasons.
