2025-26 Age Definition Chart (PDF)

Returning players

  • Players with 24-25 season memberships have a valid membership until August 31, 2025. All players will need to purchase a new membership before current membership expires.

New player membership

15U-18U Age Groups

  • Tryouts: July 26, 2025
  • Commitment form available: July 27, 2025 after 8 a.m. (link coming soon)
  • First practice: Nov. 29, 2025

11U-14U Age Groups

  • Tryouts: Oct. 4, 2025
  • Commitment form available: Oct.5, 2025 after 8 a.m. (link coming soon)
  • First practice: Nov. 1, 2025

After Club Approval – Team and Player Registration

  • Register each team in SportsEngine (6-15 players, 1+ coach per team)
  • Each team receives a unique 12-digit Team Code
  • All players and staff must:
    • Have a current USAV membership ($78/person)
    • Complete the Letter of Commitment
    • Submit dues through SportsEngine
