The National Team Development Program is currently accepting coach applications to enlarge the pool of NTDP coaches. Coach involvement and participation is paramount to provide top-level development opportunities for athletes.
Coaching roles are filled across various disciplines and age groups, which include boys beach, boys indoor, girls beach, girls indoor, and sitting and Beach ParaVolley. Submitting a coaching application does not guarantee participation in future NTDP programming. It only guarantees your consideration, and roles will be selected by NTDP and National Team staffs.
Coaching Opportunities
One of the key principles in athlete development and the National Team Development Program is having the best athletes train with and against the best. The NTDP Training Series will support that concept with quarterly programs throughout the country.
Having an opportunity to be a part of the NTDP Training Series is one of the highest achievements an athlete can reach, and the coaches involved at these programs must rise to meet a similar standard.

NTDP Accelerators will provide opportunities for clubs and regional high-performance programs to nominate promising athletes to receive an invitation to regionalized best vs best training sessions.
These sessions will be organized by the NTDP and run in a manner similar to competitive sessions within the NTDP Training Series.
The purpose of Accelerators is to provide opportunities for “next-level” athletes to compete with and be challenged against the best athletes in a more localized setting. These will be held throughout the year in with it being our best effort to try and not interfere with athletes’ club or school programs.
