Men's Sitting National Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (March 31, 2023) – Three new players will be with the U.S. Men’s Sitting Team this weekend when it plays four friendly matches against Canada at the Lone Star Girls Qualifier in Dallas, Texas.

Both teams are preparing for the Pan America Zone Championships on May 9-13 in Edmonton, Canada. The event is a qualifier for the 2024 Paralympic Games.

Alex Wilson, Robbie Gaupp and Troy Benesh will be competing with the U.S. Men’s Sitting Team for the first time.

The U.S. Men’s Sitting Team and Canada will play matches at 4 p.m. CDT on April 1, at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on April 2 and at 9 a.m. on April 3.

Players will be available for photos and autographs following the matches.
