COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Aug. 30, 2026) — Fourteen U.S. women’s U19 and U21 athletes are in Nicaragua for the NORCECA U23 Pan American Cup, Sept. 1-6, in Managua, Nicaragua.
Due to the conflict with the NCAA season, the U.S. is sending younger athletes, many of whom helped the U.S. win gold at the 2026 U19 Continental Championship earlier this summer. The tournament is in a round-robin format with the U.S. facing Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Nicaragua.
