Indoor Officiating Opportunities
REGISTRATION FOR ALL NATIONAL EVENTS IS NOW OPEN –To sign up to work the following USA Volleyball nationally owned events in AES by typing in the event titles below. If accepted, more detailed information on officiating at the 2027 national championships and qualifiers will be sent closer to the event.
MANDATORY: Please update your proper sizing for VIK, current certification, and all profile questions in AES.

NEW for 2026-2027 season, please complete these steps before you can be accepted to an event.
- All National level referee requirements must be completed before acceptance to the tournament, including paying of National dues and completing your coursework.
- All Regional Referees must complete all regional requirements and be “In Good Standing” with their region before acceptance to the tournament. To referee the event, the Regional Referee must remain “In Good Standing” with their region.
USAV Nationally Owned Events
- 2027 USAV Girls West Coast Qualifier, January 9-11, 2027 – Early acceptances will begin on November 4, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.
- 2027 USAV Girls West Coast and Boys Southwest Qualifier, January 16-18, 2027 – Early acceptances will begin on November 4, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.
- 2027 Golden Gate Classic Qualifier, February 19-21, 2027 – Early acceptances will begin on November 4, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.
- 2027 Sunshine Qualifier March 19-21, 2027 – Early acceptances will begin on December 3, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.
- 2027 Salt Lake City Showdown, March 27-29, 2027 and April 2-4, 2027 – Early acceptances will begin on December 3, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.
- 2027 Girls 18s Junior National Championships, May 5-7, 2027 – Acceptances for GJNC 18s will begin February 17. Only Junior National and National Referees who are available without conflict will be accepted.
- 2027 Open National Championship, May 28- June 2, 2027 – Acceptances for Opens will begin March 3. Only National Referees and National Scorers who are available without conflict will be accepted.
- 2027 USAV Girls Club Nationals, June 5-7, 2027 – Early acceptances will begin on December 3, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.
- 2027 Boys Junior National Championship, June 11-13, 2027 – Acceptances for BJNC will begin March 10. Only Junior National and National Referees who are available without conflict will be accepted.
- 2027 Girls Junior National Championship 11-13s, June 18-21, 2026 – Early acceptances will begin on December 3, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.
- 2027 Girls Junior National Championship, 14-17s June 27-July 5, 2027 – Early acceptances will begin on December 3, and registration will close approximately four weeks before the event or when the event is full. You must be available without conflict to be eligible for acceptance.

- Must be available to work for an entire block without conflict
- You must be a current member in good standing with a completed background screening and SafeSport training
- For Opens, only National level Referees and/or National Scorers will be accepted for this event
- If accepted, housing and roommate information will be sent closer to the event
- Do not make any travel arrangements to these events until you have been accepted
