Indoor Officiating Opportunities
REGISTRATION FOR ALL NATIONAL EVENTS IS NOW OPEN –To sign up to work the following USA Volleyball nationally owned events in AES by typing in the event titles below. If accepted, more detailed information on officiating at the 2026 national championships and qualifiers will be sent closer to the event.
MANDATORY: Please update your proper sizing for VIK, current certification, and all profile questions in AES.

NEW for 2025-2026 season, please complete these steps before you can be accepted to an event.
- If this is your first USAV-owned event or if your information has changed since last year, please complete the following:
- USAV Direct Deposit Form
- W9 Form (for the USA Volleyball contact, select “RolfP”)
- All National level referee requirements must be completed before acceptance to the tournament including paying of National dues and completing your coursework.
- All Regional Referees must complete all regional requirements and be “In Good Standing” with their region before acceptance to the tournament. To referee the event the Regional Referee must remain “In Good Standing” with their region.
USAV Nationally Owned Events
- 2026 USAV Boys West Coast Qualifier, January 2-4, 2026 – Acceptances will begin November 3. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for National, Junior National, Regional Referees who are available without conflict.
- 2026 Salt Lake City Showdown Girls 18s Qualifier, January 23-25, 2026 – Acceptances will begin November 3. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for Junior National and National Referees who are available without conflict. Regionals will be accepted as needed.
- 2026 Sunshine Qualifier, February 27-March 1, 2026 – Acceptances will begin December 1. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for National, Junior National, Regional and Provisional Referees who are available without conflict.
- 2026 USAV Girls West Coast Qualifier, April 2-4, 2026 – Acceptances will begin November 3. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for National, Junior National, Regional Referees who are available without conflict.
- 2026 Salt Lake City Showdown, April 25-27, 2026 and May 1-3, 2026 – Acceptances will begin December 1. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for National, Junior National, Regional and Provisional Referees who are available without conflict.
- 2026 Girls 18s Junior National Championships, May 1-3, 2026 – Acceptances for GJNC 18s will begin February 18. Only Junior National and National Referees who are available without conflict will be accepted.
- 2026 Open National Championship, May 22-27, 2026 – Acceptances for Opens will begin March 4. Only Junior National and National Referees who are available without conflict will be accepted.
- 2026 USAV Girls Club Nationals, June 5-7, 2026 – Acceptances will begin December 1. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for National, Junior National, Regional Referees who are available without conflict.
- 2026 Girls Junior National Championship 10s-13s, June 19-22, 2026 – Acceptances will begin December 1. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for National, Junior National, Regional Referees who are available without conflict.
- 2026 Girls Junior National Championship, 14s-17s June 25–July 3, 2026 – Acceptances will begin December 1. Within two weeks of registration, you will be notified of acceptance for National, Junior National, Regional Referees who are available without conflict.
- 2026 Boys Junior National Championship, July 8-11, 2026 – Acceptances for BJNC will begin March 25. Only Junior National and National Referees who are available without conflict will be accepted.

Reminders
- Must be available to work for an entire block without conflict
- You must be a current member in good standing with a completed background screening and SafeSport training
- For Opens, only National level Referees and/or National Scorers will be accepted for this event
- If accepted, housing and roommate information will be sent closer to the event
- Do not make any travel arrangements to these events until you have been accepted
