Schedules: All CAP Participants should check-in at Winning Edge on Saturday December 5, 2009 at 7:30 am. Level II begins at 8 am (to no later than 8 pm) and sessions on Sunday December 6, 2009 run from 8 am to no later than 4 pm. VCAP Plus check-in will be 7:30am on Saturday December 5, 2009.

CAP LEVEL II is open to all previously accredited CAP I coaches or coaches wishing to recertify. VCAP Plus Conditioning Clinic is open to all coaches. Please note that you CANNOT take the VCAP Plus and CAP II at the same time; you will have to do one or the other. Refer to the attached PDF Handout for more information on Robert's 6-week VCAP Conditiong Clinic.
