Come Join USAV and BADGER RVA for a CAP I & II Course in Waukesha WI
REFUND POLICY: if you choose to receive a refund on any course for which you have registered, you will be charged a 10% refund fee for administrative costs.

Dates: December 3 - 4, 2011
Location: Catholic Memorial High School- 601 E. College AVe, Waukesha Wi 53188.
Schedule (Tentative): CAP I and CAP II check-in will be at 7:30 am on Saturday with the Course running until 8pm. Sunday starting at 8am-4pm.

- Tom Tait, Former Men's and Women's Penn State Head Volleyball Coach
- Kim Oden, Olympic Team Captain 1988 & 1992
- Steve Colpus, former assistant coach at Ohio State University and former junior and senior national team coach for Great Britain

Course includes all modules necessary for Certification! You do NOT have to purchase modules seperatelyl If you have attended a module prior to the Course and have a module certificate to apply to Course or you cannot stay for the modules on Sunday afternoon please contact the CAP Department at the information below.

REGISTRATION
The first 10-12 Registration spots will receive a free dinner & discussion with the CAP CADRE on Friday night prior to the Course (Or After on Sunday)…a sort of social time, but also a time to pick the CADRE’s Brains for a couple hours over pizza and sodas.
Badger member coach intending to register as a group of 4 or more (from the SAME CLUB) to be eligible for the $20 per person discount, MUST register using the Group registration form (attached). This deal is open only thru November 1, 2011 - and that it is NOT retroactive if any coach proceeds to register online, then wants to register with a group. There IS LIMITED SPOTS so get your registrations in today!
Additional Incentive: if you register for CLUB COACH AVCA member then we will provide you with a R/W/B Molten SuperTouch volleyball and a USA Volleyball polo.
